This amended agreement outlines a more defined development focus and a revised schedule for the joint evaluation of their respective fuel technologies. The primary objective is to explore the use of Licella's proprietary Cat-HTR hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) technology, which transforms biomass residues and various biowastes into sustainable bio-oil. This bio-oil is intended to serve as a feedstock for Quadrise's bioMSAR and bioMSAR Zero low-carbon liquid fuels.
