Belgian transport company Withofs Bulk Logistics has finalized the acquisition of the specialized tank transport activities from Ninatrans. The transfer officially took effect on October 12, 2026. This strategic move encompasses the full fleet of vehicles dedicated to these operations, along with all associated truck drivers, who will now transition to Withofs Bulk Logistics. Additionally, all existing customer relationships and contractual agreements related to the tank transport division are part of the acquisition.
For freight forwarders and operations managers, this acquisition signifies a consolidation in the European bulk logistics sector, particularly in tank transport.
