The appointed curator investigated the possibility of continuing operations but concluded in the initial bankruptcy report that a restart was not viable. This decision means the company's assets will be liquidated.
As part of the liquidation process, two of TasTrans's trucks have already been sold, generating a total of €96,800, including VAT. Efforts are currently underway to find buyers for the remaining trucks in the fleet. A significant creditor in this bankruptcy case is the tax authority, which has filed a claim amounting to €556,925.
