This strategic move will see ZeroNorth's eBDN technology and its current customer portfolio transition to Ofiniti's Bunker Operating System upon the deal's completion. ZeroNorth's CEO, Søren Andersen, emphasized the importance of eBDN in the ongoing digitalization of marine fuel operations and expressed confidence in Ofiniti's ability to advance the solution.
