The Port of Rotterdam's Harbour Master has announced that the introductory period for the mandatory use of mass flow meters (MFMs) in bunkering operations, which began on January 1, is now concluded. Effective September 1, the Harbour Master's division will intensify its supervision to ensure full adherence to bunker license conditions. This directive was communicated to bunker license holders and bunker barge captains this week.
