The Dutch Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) has taken action against DHL, El Al, and Turkish Airlines, imposing a conditional fine for their repeated violation of night flight regulations at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS). The carriers were found to be operating noisy aircraft during restricted hours, despite prior warnings from the ILT. Each future infringement will result in a penalty of 17,000 euros, up to a maximum of 170,000 euros per airline.
