DEME's specialized vessel, NorseWind, has successfully installed 22 of the 44 Vestas wind turbines designated for the Nordseecluster A offshore wind farm. This achievement marks the halfway point in the installation process for the substantial 660 MW project. The developer, RWE, is targeting full grid connection for the wind farm in Germany by early 2027, following the commissioning phase.
