China Eastern Airlines has re-established its direct flight service between Shanghai Pudong and Stockholm Arlanda, marking the airline's return to this route after a six-year suspension. The carrier will operate three round-trip flights weekly, facilitating both passenger and cargo transport. Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has been awarded a three-year contract to provide cargo handling services for China Eastern at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The airline projects that this reinstated service will transport more than 1,000 tonnes of air cargo annually.
