Fleetzero, a Texas-based company, has obtained a Product Design Assessment (PDA) from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for its Leviathan Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This approval is significant as it designates the Leviathan system as the first lithium iron phosphate marine battery system produced in the United States to achieve classification approval.
