Greek shipping company Alpha Gas has officially received its second very large gas carrier (VLGC), named the Energy Guardian. This vessel, with a capacity of 88,000 cubic meters, is equipped with a dual-fuel system, allowing it to run on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) – the same commodity it is designed to transport as cargo. This delivery marks a continuation of Alpha Gas's strategy to expand its fleet with more environmentally friendly vessels.
