Cargolux has announced the indefinite postponement of its scheduled freighter services to Dubai World Central (DWC). The airline had previously indicated an intention to resume these flights in July, but a recent statement on its website confirmed that the restart is now on hold until further notice.
For freight forwarders and operations managers, this means that anticipated air cargo capacity on Cargolux routes to DWC will not materialize as expected. Shippers with cargo destined for or originating from Dubai via Cargolux will need to explore alternative carriers or adjust their logistics plans accordingly.
