Road Mobility Services has finalized the takeover of Peet Borst Bandentechniek, a specialist in tire and vehicle services. This acquisition brings three additional service centers located in Schoonhoven, Nieuwegein, and Sliedrecht under the Road Mobility Services umbrella. The former owners of Peet Borst Bandentechniek will continue their involvement with the company, maintaining leadership roles within the expanded organization.
