Movianto, a logistics provider and part of Yusen Logistics, has inaugurated a new distribution center in Wiesloch, Germany, specifically designed for pharmaceutical products. This state-of-the-art facility spans approximately 30,000 square meters of warehouse space. A significant portion of this capacity, 10,000 pallet positions, is dedicated to storing goods at a controlled temperature range of 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the center includes 2,400 pallet slots for deep-freeze storage.
For freight forwarders and operations managers, this new facility represents an important expansion of pharmaceutical cold chain infrastructure in Europe.
