Kögel is set to introduce two innovative trailer models at IAA Transportation 2026, targeting enhanced payload capabilities and improved energy efficiency for the road transport sector. The first, the Kögel Cool Liteshell, offers a significant weight reduction of approximately 700 kilograms compared to its previous version. The second, the e-optimized Light Plus, has been specifically adapted to accommodate the unique weight distribution characteristics of electric trucks. This adaptation is projected to allow for an additional payload of up to four tons, depending on the specific configuration.
