Island Offshore's second hybrid-powered Ocean Energy Construction Vessel (OECV), constructed by Norwegian shipbuilder VARD, is currently being transported from Romania to Norway. The vessel is expected to undergo its final outfitting and completion at a VARD shipyard in Norway. This delivery marks a significant step in Island Offshore's fleet expansion, following the first vessel's completion earlier this year.
