HD Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) has successfully developed a design for a 35,000 m³ vessel capable of transporting both liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and ammonia. The classification society ClassNK has granted an Approval in Principle (AiP) for this innovative carrier, confirming its adherence to all necessary design requirements. The official certificate handover ceremony took place at the Gastech 2026 event in Bangkok, Thailand.
