Classification society Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore (BV) and engine maker Everllence have entered into a five-year framework agreement focused on accelerating maritime decarbonization and digitalization. The agreement, signed during SMM 2026 in Hamburg, combines Everllence's knowledge in marine propulsion, energy systems, and emissions reduction with BV's capabilities in classification, technical assessment, and regulatory support.
