Priority Courier Experts (PCE) has finalized the acquisition of INPAX Shipping Solutions, a logistics company headquartered in Atlanta. This strategic move is set to broaden PCE's same-day logistics network throughout the southeastern region of the United States. INPAX currently operates in seven distinct markets, supported by a workforce of over 335 independent contractor drivers and 75 employees, processing more than 400,000 orders annually.
This acquisition integrates INPAX's existing capabilities in parcel delivery, e-commerce fulfillment, healthcare logistics, brokerage services, distribution, and regional freight into PCE's operational platform. The expansion is expected to enhance PCE's service offerings and market reach within a critical economic region.
