Corvus Energy has launched the Blue Whale NxtGen Power, a new lithium iron phosphate (LFP) energy storage system, developed in partnership with BYD Energy Storage. This product marks the first outcome of their strategic collaboration, which was initially announced in December 2025. The system is specifically engineered for maritime vessels such as tugs, workboats, and offshore vessels that utilize batteries for power optimization. Additionally, it is suitable for large ferries that require rapid charging during short turnaround times between crossings.
