CMA CGM, in partnership with SIPG Energy and Shanghai Electric, has established a new record for biomethanol bunkering. The CMA CGM OSMIUM received 8,016 tonnes of biomethanol at Shanghai Port, marking the largest single bunkering operation of its kind to date. This initiative effectively links China's biomethanol fuel production capabilities with commercial deep-sea container vessel operations on a significant scale.
