Cheniere Energy has announced the substantial completion of the third stage of its liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Texas. This expansion has increased the company's total U.S. LNG liquefaction capacity to 56 million tonnes per annum (MTPA). Concurrently, Cheniere also achieved a significant operational milestone, exporting its 5,000th LNG cargo.
