CMA CGM is on track to surpass Maersk as the world's second-largest container shipping company by the close of 2027. This projection was shared by Rodolphe Saadé, Chairman and CEO of CMA CGM, in an interview with French business daily Les Echos. The Marseille-based carrier anticipates achieving this milestone within the next 18 months.
