Van der Helm Logistics has announced plans to develop a new distribution center spanning approximately 100,000 square meters within Logistiek Park Moerdijk, Netherlands. This significant investment is intended to support the company's continued growth and address the increasing market need for adaptable, flexible, and future-proof logistics solutions.
For freight forwarders and operations managers, this development signifies an increase in warehousing and distribution capacity in a key European logistics region. The new facility could offer enhanced options for cargo storage, cross-docking, and value-added services, potentially improving supply chain efficiency and flexibility for shipments moving through the Netherlands. It may also alleviate some pressure on existing logistics infrastructure in the area, offering more scalable solutions for clients.
