Rohlig SUUS Logistics has announced a substantial expansion of its logistics hub in Poznań, Poland, with the addition of a new 14,000 square meter facility. This new development, which includes both warehouse space and a cross-docking terminal, is strategically located adjacent to SUUS's existing logistics center in Tarnowo Podgórne. The expansion brings the company's total operational area at the Poznań site to nearly 55,000 square meters.
This increased capacity at the Poznań hub is designed to support a broader range of logistics services, including warehousing, cross-docking, and various value-added operations. The investment reflects SUUS Logistics' commitment to strengthening its presence and service offerings in the Central European market.
For freight forwarders and shippers, this expansion signifies enhanced capacity and potentially more efficient handling of goods in and out of Poland. The larger cross-docking terminal could lead to faster transit times for consolidated shipments, while the increased warehousing space offers more flexibility for inventory management and distribution within the region. This development may improve supply chain resilience and service quality for clients utilizing Poznań as a key logistics node.
