The Monjasa Oil & Shipping Trainee (MOST) program recently celebrated the graduation of its seventh cohort. Out of 12 participants, 11 have accepted positions within the Danish bunker company, distributing across nine of its global offices. This program, initiated in 2018, aims to equip young professionals with comprehensive experience through structured rotations within Monjasa's core bunker trading operations. Since its launch, 51 individuals have successfully completed the program.
