SEGRO Netherlands has announced that Humble Holdings B.V. and Remiro Freight Services B.V. have leased a total of 3,207 square meters of logistics space at SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport (SPAA) in Hoofddorp. Humble Holdings commenced operations in approximately 1,341 square meters of the facility on May 1, 2026.
This development highlights the ongoing demand for strategically located logistics and warehousing facilities, particularly in key air cargo hubs like the area surrounding Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The park's proximity to the airport makes it an attractive location for companies requiring efficient airfreight connectivity.
For freight forwarders and logistics operations managers, this news signifies a healthy market for logistics real estate near major air cargo gateways. The availability of modern warehousing space supports efficient cargo handling, consolidation, and distribution, which can impact lead times and operational costs for airfreight shipments. It also suggests continued investment in infrastructure that benefits the broader supply chain ecosystem in the Netherlands.
