Its Malaysian joint venture, Nusantara Maritime, has agreed to purchase the *High Tide*, a 2012-built MR tanker, from d’Amico International Shipping. Precious Shipping holds a 45% stake in Nusantara Maritime via a Singaporean subsidiary.
