DHL Supply Chain has initiated the construction of a new European Battery Logistics Hub located in Holtum, Netherlands. This purpose-built facility will encompass 17,000 square meters, dedicated to the storage and servicing of high-voltage batteries. The new hub is strategically designed to connect directly with DHL Supply Chain's established automotive logistics operations already present in Holtum.
This expansion aims to bolster the region's infrastructure for handling critical components in the evolving automotive and energy sectors. By co-locating with an existing facility, DHL seeks to create a more integrated and efficient logistics ecosystem for its clients.
