Their presentation features the ACR Electronics ResQFlare, which complies with the RTCM (Radio Commission for Maritime Services) 13200.0 standard.
This initiative aims to improve safety at sea by providing more reliable and environmentally friendly distress signaling options. Electronic flares offer extended operational life, are reusable, and eliminate the hazards associated with storing and deploying pyrotechnic devices, such as fire risk and expiry dates.
