CargoAi, a prominent air cargo technology platform, has reported a substantial increase in its global customer base. The company now supports 31,900 users across 158 countries, indicating a broad international reach. A key aspect of this growth is the successful onboarding of a greater number of large, global freight forwarding companies.
During the first half of the current year, CargoAi's platform saw its user base expand to include 6,717 companies and 12,880 individual offices. This expansion highlights the platform's increasing adoption within the air cargo logistics sector.
For freight forwarders and operations managers, this development signifies a growing trend towards digitalization in air cargo booking and management. Increased adoption by larger forwarders suggests that platforms like CargoAi are becoming more integrated into mainstream air freight operations, potentially leading to greater efficiency, improved visibility, and streamlined booking processes. This could also foster more competitive pricing and better access to capacity as more carriers and forwarders leverage such platforms for transactions.
